Your wallet is individually handmade by one craftsman. This means each wallet is hand cut from our selected vegetable-tanned hides and dyed by hand. The outer edges are burnished and polished smooth, skillfully hand stitched and protected with Smith’s All Natural leather balm.
To continue protecting your wallet and all your special leather products, we strongly recommend using Smith’s All Natural.

I use premium vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium. Our leather products are crafted from single bend cuts of the leather hide, providing you with the most durable portion of the hide while minimizing any imperfections.
This leather has a very soft and supple feel. I sand and burnish by hand the raw edges, while the under suede is polished down to a smooth glass-like finish, completing the overall rich feel and look.

I've had many wallets in my time, ranging from those random cheap hide wallets found in a market in thailand to designer branded ones which I have either received as gifts or purchased as a treat to myself.
A No.13 Wallet from Nilesh Ladd however is a very different experience and product to live with.
From the moment you unwrap the packaging, its immediately apparent the care and attention to detail that has gone into every element from the packaging design to the meticulous craftsmanship utilized to create such a beautiful hand made product,
The grade of materials really are next level, the leather it self is unlike anything you've probably seen before. For me though, the finishing is just exceptional as is the stitching, it's just a different experience knowing this has been put together by a specialist craftsman who clearly loves his trade and the best thing is that it just gets better with age as the leather matures. Bravo!
From the moment I unwrapped my wallet, I could see the personal touches and attention to detail that I have only seen in other luxury brands. The wallet is beautifully crafted, love the stitch work and polished interior, which I have never seen before.
