HOW I PROCESS YOUR ORDERS

Each purchase is made-to-order by me only. After receiving your order confirmation, I will do my very best to have your order made and carefully packaged and ready to be shipped from my studio within 4 - 5 business days. Based on the number of orders coming in at a time, this may vary.

Orders are processed in the sequence they come in. I will always make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, I cannot compromise my standard of craftsmanship and overall quality by going too quickly.

In case of any major delay on my part, I will send a personal notice via email.

You’ll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order is picked up.

Nilesh LADD is not responsible for any lost packages or delays due to Canada Post or custom transit as this is completely out of our control.

 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, we continuously strive to do our best to source the most economical options with tracking.

  • Orders up to and less than $149 USD before tax and after discounts have a standard shipping rate applied as indicated below.

International and US customers are responsible for all Import Duties, Custom Fees and Taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nilesh LADD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

IF YOU’D LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction and happiness is our No. 1 priority.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment amount.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  1. The returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in its original condition.

  2. Items must be returned in all its original product packaging.

  3. Original Shipping Fee will not be refunded.

  4. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returns/exchanges, credit card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.

  5. Buyer will be responsible for the returning import tax duties if the returning goods were to be imposed with one.

We do not take any responsibility for any return goods that get lost in transit, it is highly recommended for the buyer to use a Trackable Service when returning your order. If the items are damaged, we will contact you with photos of the damages so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.nileshladd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving your item to request which product(s) you would like to return or exchange.

  2. Please use the original shipping box that your received the product in.

  3. Purchase your shipping method to return the item.

  4. You will receive a refund after we have received and inspected the product.

Please note that the colour finish of each product will vary slightly as each piece of leather is individually hand dyed, this variation is what gives your product its uniqueness from every other.

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our lifetime warranty is a warranty against defects in the materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product – which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner. Normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse and cosmetic wear and tear are not included. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will repair or replace any defective parts of your product at no additional cost.
