I use 100% pure merino wool felt imported from a traditional felt maker in Germany. Unlike most felt fabrics that have a rough texture, this wool felt has a soft smooth feel to the touch, its dense pile of short fibers gives it a smooth finish. It is eco-friendly, does not fray and is water-resistant.

Our leather is proudly sourced from Wickett & Craig. This leather has a very soft and supple feel. I sand and burnish by hand the raw edges, while the under suede is polished down to a smooth glass-like finish, completing the overall rich feel and look.

I use a high strength premium nylon thread (size B-69), Colour (Mocha).

Leather - In order to maintain the look, feel and protection it is recommended to apply natural leather conditioner only as needed.

Wool Felt – Gently brush off any with a soft bristle brush or a damp cloth, to rejuvenate the felt you can gently iron the wool fabric without touching the leather portion.
