I use 100% pure merino wool felt imported from a traditional felt maker in Germany. Unlike most felt fabrics that have a rough texture, this wool felt has a soft smooth feel to the touch, its dense pile of short fibers gives it a smooth finish. It is eco-friendly, does not fray and is water-resistant.
I use premium vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium.

Our leather products are crafted from single bend cuts of the leather hide, providing you with the most durable portion of the hide while minimizing any imperfections. This leather has a very soft and supple feel. I sand and burnish by hand the raw edges, while the under suede is polished down to a smooth glass-like finish, completing the overall rich feel and look.

Leather - In order to maintain the look, feel and protection it is recommended to apply natural leather conditioner as needed.

Wool Felt – Gently brush off any dirt with a soft bristle brush or a damp cloth, to rejuvenate the felt you can gently iron the wool fabric without touching the leather portion.
